The General Assembly consists of all ICC UAE ’s members and shall be called by the Chairman to meet once a year at least.

Board of Director

The governing body of the ICC UAE shall be the Board of Directors. Board of Directors shall consist of a representative of the General Secretariat of the UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation, a representative of each member Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Federation and five representatives of the private sector, to be elected by the General Assembly.

The founding members shall elect the first Board of Directors, the Chairman and the Executive Secretary of the ICC UAE. Thereafter, the General Assembly shall elect the Board of Directors every two years.

The Directors shall be elected for a term of two years in the annual meeting of the General Assembly of the ICC UAE. The Directors are entitled to serve for a maximum of two consecutive terms.

The Executive Office

The Executive Office consists of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Executive secretary and two members to be elected by the Board of Directors. For the election of the Executive Office, each Director shall be eligible for one vote.
