Nimble Legal Consulting FZE

Nimble Legal Consulting FZE (“Nimble Legal”) is a law firm founded in 2016 with the sole objective of providing efficient, cost-effective legal services to firms involved in GCC commerce.

Nimble was co-founded by Hari Krishna and Prashanth Kumar Kanukuntla, commercial lawyers and technology enthusiasts and investors who have both lived in the United Arab Emirates since 2007. Hari focuses on the resolution of complex disputes in high risk sectors. Prashanth helps businesses navigate the intricate corporate law and regulatory framework in the UAE.

We are highly experienced advisors who focus on business risk mitigation and dispute resolution. Our people are analytical, technology-savvy, and care deeply about finding solutions for situations faced by our clients.

We are based in the energetic and innovative Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone and are registered with the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts. We regularly advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, as well as litigation and international commercial arbitration.

Our regional expertise allows us to serve businesses in traditional and modern commerce, and their financial and logistics suppliers. We help our clients acquire the appropriate external legal advice at the optimal price point, whether the services are provided by us or by trusted local counsel across the GCC and elsewhere.

Our lawyers are all dual qualified in common law jurisdictions, graduated from some of the best law schools in the world, and have been licensed in the UAE for many years. We are equally at ease with common law and civil law systems, and speak multiple languages.
